The Explosion in The Commander's room was an incident in which, following Bomby and Bomber's Failed Prank on the Janitor, The Commander tried to eat a thermal detonator, think it to be Easter Candy, causing it to explode while he was in his room. After this, The Commander had Red Squadron search the base for any kind of other thermal detonators that looked like candy then steal them from their owners before they explode.
